My name is Laurie Sanders, and five years ago, I made the commitment to get healthy. I started eating healthy meals. I started cooking more often. I started working out three times a week. I started walking more often, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking to places that were close to my house instead of driving. I stopped drinking alcohol. I started drinking a lot more water. Little by little, I made changes that I could sustain.
Now, I am the happiest I have ever been. People tell me that I’m just glowing when they see me. But the best thing is that you can have this too! You just have to choose health over everything else.
